The Leadership Excellence & Accelerated Development (LEAD) Program is the signature series provided by Organizational Effectiveness for leadership development at SoCalGas. The purpose of this program is to provide enriching experiences for leaders in the organization to further develop their leadership skills. Within LEAD we have a number of different programs designed to meet the needs of leaders at every level of leadership. These programs include a wide variety of learning opportunities from online web-based training to instructor-led programs. Through LEAD we also introduce the concept of leader led where other leaders within the organization join our programs to share with participants their stories, knowledge and experiences.
